The fountain designed by the architect Mario Botta and inaugurated in 2005 is located in front of the entrance to the Sanpaolo Museum complex in Monselice.
Over the years, its functional restoration became necessary. It required a deep cleaning and reparation of some parts of the construction and the replacement-integration of the plants in order to guarantee the correct water chemical and physical treatment.
In fact, the lack of constant and appropriate maintenance caused degradation and the consequent proliferation of algae, mud and insects.
The restoration work that brought the fountain back to its original splendor was recently completed.
